Up for auction is a brand new condition 2010 Santa Cruz Blur LT Carbon with XTR and XT powertrain. Beautifully detailed with Santa Cruz Smokey Glossy Blue color with handsome gray Santa Cruz logos. New, this build is in the area of $6500 depending on where you’re looking,tax, etc. and we all know this brand does’nt get deep discounts, thereby making this oppurtunity to own the very best at much lower cost than retail!

Condition: Brand New – It actually could easily pass for brand new, never ridden, however, this bike has been ridden twice on the same fire road, for a total of 9.6 miles and has sat in my home office  over the past 4 weeks,est. I have owned it. I am the original owner and had it built to these spec’s.

No scratches, dents, nothing to make it look used, only a small amount of brown dirt marks on 5% the tires here and there. Other than that, you may consider this bike  brand new. Being specific here, as I realize my hobby is not inexpensive here. Bike is brand new still – needs a good rider to break her in.

Size large, good for folks in the 5′8 to 6′2″ range. This is a hobby for me, so I like having all the best components and have decided to stick with my full xtr 2010 Nomad and sell this baby, as it sits.

This is a 100% custom build and weighs in at 26lbs!!!! Not a typo… Reminder – this is a 6″ travel bike! The bike has the very latest super stiff VPP suspension system. Easily keep up with the cross country kids and blow them away on the downhills!

Santa Cruz states on their website that this bike is the lightest and strongest ever made by them. A bold statement by the makers for sure.

Selling my 2005 Santa Cruz Bullit frame size large in charcoal grey color, the last year this frame was made in the USA. This frame has been amazing for me, and yes, it has some surface scratches cuz i actually rode it!!! I am 35 years old, 6′2″ and #190, and it fits me great. I bought this from a guy who built it up and then decided he was into sportbikes instead, still had the new rubber treads on the tires when i bought it from him. I am including the original Fifth Element rear shock (not shown) and also the Fox Racing Shox DHX 3.0, which is literally brand new, rode on it maybe 10 times. Also has the Chris King head set. And the Marzocchi bomber Super T Pro 160mm front triple crown has been the best i’ve ever ridden on, its been 110% reliable and amazingly plush for anything you want to do with it. Included as well is quick release and Thompson seat post. I just built up a Nomad, otherwise i’d be riding the Bullit, its been the best bike i’ve ever owned. 2007 SANTA CRUZ NOMAD – ANODIZED BLACK – EXCELLENT CONDITION

This is a 2007 SANTA CRUZ NOMAD in excellent condition. The frame was made in 2007, but I bought the frame and fork in late 2008. Very little changed in the NOMAD’s design from 06 to 08. All the components are 2009 or newer.

I rode it only a few times during winter and only three times in 2009. I am a soldier in the Army, and needless to say, been a little busy. I have no time, and now – no place to ride it, so it’s time to sell.

The bike is in excellent condition; no dents, and no dings; nothing major to report. A few small scratches near the chain and seat stays, but nothing that detracts from its appearance. It truly is in excellent condition.

The bike is in good condition and has been well maintained. I’m 5′9″,
155 lbs and the bike felt perfect with this setup. There are of course
scratches, nicks, etc. from normal use. There is some chain slap, but
the chainstay has been wrapped with soft velcro on a regular basis.
Everything works great and is in good shape except for the saddle, which has a tear on the rear and has seen quite a few miles on a few different bikes. Please note, the auction does not include a stem.

Up for sale is a bike we didn’t think we’d ever get rid of. This 2009 Santa Cruz Nomad (frame size L) is absolutely loaded with top shelf parts. It was a dream build that has a retail value of approximately $8000. This bike was never a primary bike, but more of an occasional ride. The fact that it was seldom used really shows, because it’s in incredible condition. The frame shows very little in terms of wear (clear plastic tape has always been used to prevent damage to the paint) and the bike’s colors really pop. Pictures don’t do it justice, but when you see the bright red frame color combined with the blue anodized Industry Nine hubs and spokes in person, well, it’s one of those bikes that can create true lust in a mountain bike rider. The Nomad’s reputation as one of the best all mountain bikes ever created is well-earned. This bike can handle any downhill you throw at it, but climbs like an XC race bike. A lot of that is thanks to the rear suspension design these bikes are famous for, but the build of this particular bike really lends itself to all-day performance. Built with a complete XTR drive train and some of the lightest, toughest components available, this bike climbs like a champ.
